Description
Antacid with local anesthetic action. Magaldrate neutralizes gastric acid. Simethicone reduces gas. Oxetacaine provides local anesthetic effect for pain relief.
Indications
Acidity, Heartburn, Gastric ulcer, Peptic ulcer, Flatulence
Dosage
As directed by the physician. Usually 10-20ml after meals.
Side Effects
Constipation, diarrhea. Rarely allergic reactions.
Precautions
Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.
